I love blogging...I just never have the time! I have decided that I will make the time. Someone may have to hold me to it. But I am giving it a go. I will be getting a domain name and a new name...a whole new blog. It will take a while. But I hope it will be worth it!Steve and I worked HOURS today for a new blog name and domain name that was available. I really wanted Donna.com or DonnaLynn.com but they were taken, as well as everything else I thought of.
However, Korie came up with a name for us. Tomorrow is her first day of school and I wanted to wash her hair but not do the whole bath thing tonight. So Steve and I teamed together (we are a great team) to get her laid back on the platform and over the tub. Steve was holding her and I was washing the hair. (Can you picture it?)
Steve was worried about how she was feeling so he asked her if she was doing okay. And she joyfully answered, "Since I have you!" After a minute of silence, Steve said..."there is the name of your blog, Donna!" The more we thought about it...the more perfect it was. And the domain name was available! We bought it right away. SinceIhaveYou.com ( and .net and .info) now belong to me! I can use it in many ways. I can say "Since I have You" ..."YOU" meaning the Lord. Or "you" meaning Korie or Kristin or anyone in my family. I am excited. It will take us awhile but I hope to be starting my new journey soon....SINCE I HAVE YOU!!!
